No one can understand why PPP did this? did Pro-centralist non-non elected elite used the PPP? love affair with Pro-centralist non-non elected elite does not suit to popular parties. either one wins by hook or crock or lose yet it is always proves a bad taste for political parties. read an article written in September 2011 in Awami Jamhori Forum
