Post Partition India & Pakistan
Nation Building Narratives, New Elite,
Global agendas & Dilema ( Part 4)

A series of debate  regarding partition of the Punjab & Kashmir

Partition of Punjab and Kashmir in 1947 and its Impacts

Sukh Dev Sohal (Amritsar), Aamir Riaz (Lhore), HarJinder Singh (Melbourne) , Gangveer Rathore Rahon along with Bikram Singh

What happened after birth of two South Asian countries and what we can learn from its 73 years history is a challenge.

Was their some gapes in their Nation Building Narratives? How humanitarian crisis based on huge displacement & communal segregation effected people of British India in general and people of the Punjab & Kashmir in particular? How elite & powerful people took benefit from it. What were the fatal impact on common people with the emergence of new elite based on allotment politics? Muslim league fought against One Nation Theory (ONT) till 14 August 1947 but after creation of Pakistan it adopted ONT based on centralism and it was very much contrary to  federalism. Why Dr Ambedkar rejected linguistic provinces theory and coined administrative provinces and many more issues.
