Which Brawl is killing for the nation? hybrid or direct Dictatorship or infighting in assemblies? think before Act

Which Brawl is killing for the nation? hybrid or direct Dictatorship or infighting in assemblies? think before Act

Today #Dawn wrote an editorial but it looks like more a sermon rather then analysis. The brawl continued in the country since July 2018 or #PanamaDrama resulted in Auqama, not only with politicians but with particularly with media is largely missing in the editorial.

During the session, our MNAs, though adult men and women, behaved no better than unruly children having a go at each other in the playground because they didn’t like what the other was saying.

Which Brawl is killing for the nation? 4 dictators had ruined all institutions, current hybrid system had created post March 1971 like out of control situation, our immediate future is at stake, journalists/anchors were thrown out of mainstream media by the owners/handlers, the popular leader is compelled to sit outside country, IMF ready to suck even the last drop, #FATF session is in the same month. What handlers are thinking? On the other hand parliament made laws/constitution yet sometimes it took wrong direction but it cannot justify brawl of dictators.

We are neither Bharat (strategically anti china block, numerically big middle class) nor Iran (unlike us it can bargain with OIL exports, it has no legacy of 100 years elections etc)

For media & intellectuals, it is easy to give sermons but it is outcome of last 15 years largely and in particular it is result of post July 2018 brawl. When politicians did CoD, passed 18th amendment, you called it Muk Mukka, paised hybrid leadership as agent of change and especially after #Yemeni resolution of 2015, how everyone line up is known to everyone in this country. Situation is bad but editorial should cover all, including herself.
