Provinces are entity in the Federation, Donot disturb it, it will invite problems

There was a need to unearth the reasons active behind the plans to divide Punjab for the sixth time. Every time it was divided, its people faced destruction. The number of Punjabis stood higher than people of other provinces after the fall of Dhaka and many attempts were made to upset this majority. Aamir 

Former federal secretary Tariq Mahmud shared his perspective as

''A new province in Punjab could lead to division of other provinces. One could also improve administration and development in the neglected area by empowering the local governments and creation of regions with fixed fiscal allocations''.

نواز شریف کو اب باؤجی کون کہے گا؟

تاریخ پاکستان میں گامے کی نواسی کا نام کوئی نہیں مٹا سکتا

مشرفی مارشلا  لگا تو کلثوم ماڈل ٹاون والے گھر مقیم تھیں  جب ان کی گھر پر فوجی قبضہ بحکم مشرف ہو گیا مگر  گامے کی نواسی تمام پہروں کو توڑتی رہی اور پہرے دار افسران سے کہتی رہی کہ مار سکتے ہو تو مار لو، روک سکتے ہو تو روک لو۔انہیں اپنے باپ کے چالیسویں پر جانے سے روکا گیا تو اس ''مرد حر'' نے  رائیونڈ سے نکل کر پیدل مارچ  شروع کردی تو پہرےدار افسران کے ہوش اڑ گئے۔ جب کئی ہفتوں تک اسے بیٹے اور خاوند بارے  خبر نہ تھی تو اس نے  بھوک ہڑتال کر دی اور کہا جب تک باو جی سے میری بات نہیں کرواو گے میں کچھ نہ کھاوں گی۔ اسی دوران سی این این اور بی بی سی والوں کو مشرفی پلان کے تحت رائیونڈ والا گھر دکھانا تھا تاکہ نواز کے خلاف عالمی رائے عامہ کو متحرک کیا جائے۔بادل ناخواستہ لاغر خاتون کی بات مانتے ہوئے میاں صاحب 

سے انکی بات کروانا پڑی۔

جب عدالت میں باہمت مگر پریشان خاوند اور آنکھوں پر بندھی پٹی کےساتھ بیٹے کو دیکھا تو انہیں ریاست کے''کمینے پن'' کی سمجھ آ گئی۔میاں صاحب بس کلثوم کو کہتے رہے،''حق 
کے راستے میں کوفہ، کربلا اور شام آتے ہیں مگر قافلہ رکتا نہیں''

Without Participation of people

Mantra of Change cannot become reality. 

People's participation is the basic thing and in its absence you cannot move toward sustainable development at all. People did struggle in past for their rights yet till to date we have not written history of political struggle in our region. In last 118 years political workers & leaders fought against odds but court historians have no interest in it. Watch interview recorded in early 2018 (Probably January 2018) by students of Lhore University. 

  

Education: Biases in textbooks is the major problem in all type of textbooks not only in public sector but also in private sector. Civic & skill education remains missing part in our educational system. Use of Mother tongue as medium of instruction in Early education (at least up to class 3) is essential. Problems are not in various education systems but in education standards so issue is to develop minimum education standards, decentralize education system and implement it.
