Tax heavens is part of problem since the rise of modern capitalism and specially in the 2nd half of 20th century some major countries made offshore laws to protect it. But since last 18 years European Union is raising this issue consistently.  ''Large multinational companies such as Google Inc., IKEA and Amazon Inc. will be forced to publish profits and tax bills from European Union countries''. But private media is still reluctant to raise the issue as a campaign to fix offshore accounts. Many big media groups are also part of offshore businesses so instead of Tax Heavons some personalities are under attack in media. Is Panama Leaks an answer for the facilitators of Julian Assange & Snowden? As par news heavy majority of the offshore companies in the P L belongs to British Virgin Islands and these were under EU observation since long. Panama Leak timing is interesting especially before infamous referendum. Nexus of Conservatives and Offshore tax heavens exposed through PL smartly. Its first test case is election of London's Mayor at May 5.
