In 9120s British launched a campaign and recruited many Punjabi soldiers who fought with chines in coastal cities yet after that they started living there. after 1943 when Japanese occupied some Chinese cities and capture Singapore , Subhas Chandar Bose launched a campaign and during that campaign he visited Chinese coastal cities too where Punjabi families not only joined INA but also gave huge funds. in fact, Nita ji got huge support from Punjabis, Tamils and Bengalis.
