A black day , radio news and Dictator Zia's mischievous Plan
Everyone understand mischievous characters who imposed dictatorship in Pakistan and in history they are preserved as dictators. Here you will listen and read two things. One is a radio news released at 6 am 5th July 1977 and other is Mr Solangi talk with infamous Ijlal Haider Zaidi who was heading Radio Pakistan in 1977.
In his post Murtaza Solangi wrote in the post that
I had posted a page of our history, a story that was not so public. The story narrates how the news of martial law was aired on July 5. I had also posted the link of the bulletin. The purpose was to re-acquaint ourselves with how our history progressed.
My purpose was not open a dialogue about what kind of Pakistan Jinnah wanted. So much has been written about it. Jinnah's actions speak louder than his words. All I can say briefly is that today's Pakistan is not Jinnah's Pakistan but Maudoodi and Zia's Pakistan. I would also say if Jinnah was alive today, he would be declared Ladeen, national security risk and lynched,
