Why Punjab government is reluctant to adopt Punjabi as a basic language in the Punjab? What is the position of government after sharing a draft bill in the Supreme Court regarding introduction of Punjabi language as elementary subject in schools of Punjab. Is there is any fault in our language policy at federal level. Why English is still defacto supreme language in South Asia. Hindi & Urdu played negative role in both India and Pakistan against mother tongues. One language policy remain an irritant in the nation building process in Pakistan and we have witnessed its fatal effects at 16 December 1971.
