Although panama leaks exposed filthy rich people all over world especially Europe and USA including mother of parliament GB yet we are still busy in blame game. EU did well in this regard and exposed even multinationals. Regarding Pakistani leak writer failed to do justice. Heavy presence of Offshore Loot under the legal cover exposed rule of law even in so-called civilized world. But we have to keep it mind that it is exposed through a leak not Law. it means people involved in it are still very powerful. what is this leak culture sir? can anyone throw light on it. In this brave new world editor less media (i mean social media) and leaks culture is dictating every thing which needs little attention. is it fallout of over digitization? is digital industry in hurry? we are living in a world where large majority has no access to adult franchise , internet access is too limited. We have to see this phenomenon of Leaks (Julian Paul Assange, Snowden, Luxembourg, Panama and Pakistani leaks) with care again. As par EU estimates there is 50 to 70 billion Euro tax evasions annually. Rise of this Offshore started after dismemberment of former USSR and 40% wealth is recorded in British areas. had Europe that money , it would be more stronger than China today. Linkages of Offshore money with narcotics & human trafficking also heard in EU reports. Regarding WOT this situation is alarming. using this post panama situation for little gains will deviate it for sure.
