Deaths of Netaji & Bhagat Singh still haunting South Asian court historians and still after more then 75 years riddles are unresolved. Question of date of execution is not as much important yet it is necessary for the record but vital question is role of various actors before and after execution of 24 years old Bhagat singh and his comrades. Why biographers/writers of Bhagat Singh including Manmath Nath Gupta, D P Das, K K Khullar , A G Noorani had to deal the question regarding conspicuous role of Mahatma in the judicial murder of B S & his partners. D P Das wrote " Neither Gandhi nor Irwin had told the whole truth". In the biography of Lord Irwin (Lord Halifax P 313 published in 1943 as quoted by Noorani p 317 in The Trial of Bagat Singh) biographer Allan Campbell Johnson mentioned an agreement between Irwin & Gandhi regarding the execution, Interestingly in two statements quoted by Noorani Mahatama himself mentioned date of execution as 24rth March and two newspapers of Lahore and Newyork published the news at 25th March.
