Old tactics, Old narrative & misleading media
Making and breaking of political parties is an old tactics
and since formation of Republican Party of mid 1950s till formation of Patriot
& Q-League we have a history of using small parties against popular parties
or personalities. Roots of this bad
policy are inside the country so it is hard to find foreign hand. The media was
already lineup so instead of exposing the new puppet show they remained busy in
praising the puppets. At March 23
Ex-Chief Justice and Mustafa Kamal were simultaneously supported Presidential
system which shows their preferences.
Equating MQM criminals with Bloch separatists is a trick as
there is hell of difference between the scenario, circumstances and State
policies in both cases A demand for making Baluchistan a province was present
in Allahbad address and 14 points but policy mkers of the first draft of constitution
failed to include that demand in 1950. Baluchistan became a province, finally
after 23 years in 1970. The province is still in a bad situation partly due to
its large size and small population and partly due to bad policies and proxy
wars. High ratio of poverty and illiteracy has a pertinent negative
effect especially on lower as well as middle classes. National party government
was the first representative provincial government who is in power. Contrary to
Bloch or Baluchistan the city of Karachi made capital from day first in
Pakistan. They got all the benefits and especially their upper & middle
classes remained beneficiaries even after shifting of Capital in mid 1960s. But
M Kamal is not ready to understand that basic difference.
